Soul Fire Studios is a Holistic Wellness Centre
in the vibrant city of Sheffield. Soul Fire Yoga is the yoga studio
services that operate here.
We are located on Edgedale Road, just off Abbeydale
Road. Nestled away between the trees and the local shops, Soul Fire
is truly a hidden gem.
We offer multiple yoga classes every day and pride
ourselves in the variety we offer. Whether you are interested in
Hot Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin styles, we have
something for YOU. We host Yoga Teacher Trainings and CPD courses
each year for those who are looking for the next step on their Yoga
path, and host in-house and guest workshops/events each month.
Here at Soul Fire, we are passionate about all
aspects of Yoga.
We know that what you see on the mat is just one part
of the picture. Postures, breathing techniques, relaxation &
meditation are wonderful practices that encourage a greater view of
life potential and fulfilment unique to each person.
We offer space for the soul. Ceremonies, devotional
rituals, conscious embodied movement are all part of the ethos we
share with the vast yoga collective.
We aim to support those who are breaking the mould in
thier own way, cultivating a life of true liberation. From animal
rights and vegan living, to human rights, and supporting women - we
know the inner work is half the job.
We aim to be a non-judgemental, supportive, and
inclusive space. We know there are strides to take in making our
city (and world) more empowering to BIPOC & LGBTQ+ people, and
we know that the wisdom and compassion found through yoga can
help.
