This is a wonderful Pilates studio! I loved my five months there, as I wintered in Victoria from my home studio in Penticton. Grasie is a very accomplished, aware instructor and she encouraged me to expand my boundaries to conquer some balance issues that I arrived with. The small group setting is perfect for, not only great Pilates, but also cultivation of a Pilates community with the other participants! I love you all! See you again soon xoxo Maureen
