Kickstart your fitness journey with DP and our intro class deal!  All of our group classes will be open to all in studio apparatus, giving you the most effective workout to maximize your time in the studio.  Have a time slot that works best for you? Make sure to book recurring and save your spot!

Intro 3 Group Classes


Dover Pilates is a boutique studio that offers you a safe, friendly
atmosphere where we dedicate ourselves to optimizing your health
and fitness goals. The studio offers private, duet and small group
classes with a maximum size of 3 people per group class. You can
expect to enjoy a comfortable atmosphere while receiving
personalized attention and instruction. At Dover Pilates, we pride
ourselves on instilling confidence and strength to each client
setting them up for success.
