options for our members! From free weights to group fitness, to
personal training, you can tailor your membership and experience to
exactly what you are looking for! We offer boot camp, Barre, yoga
and pilates classes 7 days a week so there will always be a class
that will fit into your schedule. We also have highly knowledgeable
personal trainers on staff as well to assist you in reaching your
goals!
