Instructor with Yoga Alliance Professionals (ID 19288) and Mental
Health First Aider, has developed the Smile Revolution Thrive
Method, through delivering yoga/meditation for dental professionals
6 times a week for the last 3 and half years. The resources and
classes on this platform have been designed to supplement the lives
of dental professionals, in a safe space that allows each
individual time to focus on oneself, to build a deep awareness of
self, to notice more about oneself, and then apply the tools as
needed.
The Dental Profession in it's entirety is laced with stringent
regulations and demands on oneself, a requirement to uphold a high
standard of competent trusted professionals who act in the best
interest of every patient, and deliver the highest quality of care
to the public.  Yet a combination of regulations and
professional pressures have been 
reported to impact the well-being of the workforce.
The development of the resources on this platform has been
facilitated by the three pillars of the Smile Revolution Thrive
Method.

Throughout this platform, you will have the opportunity to join
live classes and access resources and workshops from the Smile
Revolution Thrive Method and obtain rewards.
