Our middle school Girl Scout troop had the pleasure of a private lesson with Dani. Dani is calm, composed, relaxed, and fun! She emphasized the importance of breath on and off the mat. Our girls loved the class and many have decided to join the middle school class after school. If you have an adolescent, consider exposing them to a class with Dani. She is a bright light and has a wonderful way with humans in this age group.
