12 hours of Instructor Training that will cover the Foundations and Classroom Theory required to teach Pole Dance & Fitness, Erotic Pole, Erotic Chair, Lyra, floor and Flexibility programs of all levels. This Foundation training is the pre-requisite of all Pole Physique, Fitness and Dance classes offered under Vitality's Instructor Certification Training.
