David Leclerc of Gongwaves in a unique mindful & psychic meditative experience.

Allow the waves of the gong to increase your focusing abilities and become more receptive with higher increased sensitivity. The intention for this event is Psychic Meditation. Rest in deep relaxation and allow your inner being to unfold and awaken your higher mind.

As the gongs are played, powerful vibrations resonate through one’s entire being. The overtone sounds and harmonic vibrations stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with deep meditative and peaceful states that are highly conducive to enhanced states of awareness. The Gong vibrations help facilitate a deep sense of peace and help release tension and blocked energy. Also, the Gong waves foster balance and help clear energy centers in the entire body. They do this by working at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychic bodies.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring a mat, blanket and pillow if you prefer to lie down, mats will also be hand if you decide to pop in last minute. Chairs are available for those preferring to stay seated. Don’t forget to bring some water and be open to letting go of all that needs to be released.
