Our signature blend of yin yoga + restorative yoga, this experience is lead by Kaley Tocco, RYT 200 + Reiki Master.
Kaley will lead you through restful poses targeting soft tissue, hips, shoulders and spine. Enjoy this practice in the high frequency environment of the Energy Enhancement System for a deep down-regulation of your nervous system and prepares you for a quality sleep.
Blankets and blocks are provided. Feel free to bring your pillows and/or bolsters.
