This program offers a unique mix of practice and discussion that covers the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. The following topics are explored:

+ Understanding of your body composition (dosha) to better achieve optimal health and well-being
+ Tips to help you build a home practice, including in-depth exploration of postures
Our nationally-recognized 250-HR Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training provides a solid foundation in the ethical and philosophical underpinnings of the yoga practice as well as in-depth knowledge of the physical and subtle bodies. Our unique focus on yoga as an adaptive practice gives our students tools that will allow them to work with special populations, including, but not limited to, children, prenatal women, and seniors, as well as populations dealing with depression and anxiety, PTSD, abuse/addiction recovery, Chronic Pain, and Cancer.
