Our 200 YTT program has been a beautiful project of evolution, and growth.Through our team and their endevours to grow and learn, each and every year, the course evolves to latest information we can share for upcoming students and healers in wellness journey and the program we are all in, life..
Our teachers come with many gifts beyond the 200 hr layout, and we include topics that affect our practice, and students. The anatomy has been upgraded to advanced studies on how it works in Yoga and with the whole body and systems. Mind, body, spirit, facial lines, tensegrity , hidden trauma areas, emotions and new studies that have gone beyond muscles, bones and poses.
We take pride in our growth becoming yours.
200 Hr Program Includes : Live training Fridays 5-9 and Saturdays 8:30- 4:30, Oct 4th- dec 10th and break over Christmas while taking time to practice and accimilate the teachings and studies. We complete the last 2 weeks and graduate January .
What if I miss?
There is most often things that come up and time away. Our course allows for this and make up is doable for required readings and studies can be assisted online, and taking studies with you.
