5th-8th Grade. This is a basketball fundamentals group training for players looking to learn basic skills, or to tune up on the most important aspects of basketball. Groups will be split into two or three age appropriate groups depending on the age and skill level of the group!
A weekly group focusing on ball handling, shooting and decision making for a successful high school guard. We will split into age/skill appropriate groups when neccessary. Performance basketball fitness is also a part of this group.

Jump Training for high school players using our Vertimax jumping machine and other performance based exercises. This is a perfect workout for players looking to jump higher and increase explosive power. We will also add functional basketball strength exercises between jumps!
Combination of basketball skills training, age appropriate strength/agility and jump training AND live 3 on 3 competitive play! Players can come with a team of up to 4 (1 sub), however we also will have a “free agent pool” for any players looking for teammates. All sessions are 90 minutes long. We will have a champion at the end of the final week!
