
5th-8th Grade. This is a basketball fundamentals group training for players looking to learn basic skills, or to tune up on the most important aspects of basketball. Groups will be split into two or three age appropriate groups depending on the age and skill level of the group!

Our popular introductory class to introduce basketball to our youngest hoopers! This enrollment will focus on the beginning fundamentals of basketball and incorporate skills, drills and fun!
This is not a full-court league. If you are interested in full court play, please ask us about our Future Stars full court league!

Our Training will consist of both skill and athletic perfomance training
Games will be shuffle format, meaning that each night the teams will change. As the league moves through July, our staff should be able to create evenly matched teams.

This one hour program is geared for any SERIOUS high school or college male/female. Matt has dozens of on-court catch and shoot drills, as well as different finishing drills that are conditioning based drills. This is NOT a skills session. We will do some footwork, however the premise of this enrollment is to increase each athletes fitness level. This entire workout is ON-COURT.
While on court, we will also be using functional fitness equipment. These are fast-moving, intense workouts. There are both monthly and drop-in options
