
Hoop&Motivate and HoopsStrength are excited to collaborate on a series of group workouts for 7th-12th grade boys and girls. This will be a combined effort which will include skill development and performance fitness.
All sessions must be booked on the HoopsStrength App. There are no walk-ins for this event.

Thank you for registering for our In-House Developmental League! If a player has attended one of our evaluations and wishes to participate in the league, this is where you will both:
- Register
- Pay for the entire Spring IHDL ($405)
- Pick your Training Day/Time
What separates this league is the TRAINING. We will have 4 groups of 30 boys at each training. We will work on all fundamental basketball as well as performance fitness each workout. You will chose ONE of the following times. This is the same time each week for the duration of the season.
This year we are trying to do late week trainings so that skills are fresh for Sunday games!

Fridays 5pm-6pm
Fridays 6pm-7pm
Fridays 7pm-8pm
Please understand that once we hit 30 players for one of the time slots, that time slot will close and we ask for you to choose another. We do not want to start moving players around in workouts week to week. If this happens we are over-capacity in some groups and under-capacity for others. We wanted to be sure this was communicated clearly.

10-15 minute instructional piece each week before games. These will include basic skills and rules.
Two 16-20 minute games. After the first game, winner of game 1 will
play the winner of game 2. With the loser of game 1 vs the loser of
game 2.
We will recognize “team of the day” (winner of both games), hard
worker of the day, and the best teammate award.
Teams will switch from week to week. Players can request one
teammate to play with throughout the 6 weeks. This way all players
will have an opportunity to play with different teammates each
week
HoopsStrength Floor Coaches. Our staff will instruct/coach/referee
each week. This always us to build relationships with the kids and
help each player improve and have fun.Registration is capped for
both boys and girls leagues to ensure quality.
