
This comprehensive program is designed to help athletes elevate their game to the next level through a powerful combination of weight lifting, speed development, and agility training. Our structured approach focuses on building explosive strength, enhancing acceleration, and improving overall athletic performance.

Our training will consist of both skill and athletic perfomance training for the first hour and then competitive shuffle league format the second hour.

This is a special 1x 3 on 3 Train and Play for high school girls. We will both drill, condition and play! Prizes for each week's winners!

Games will be shuffle format, meaning that each night the teams will change. As the league progresses, our staff should be able to create evenly matched teams weekly.
