Led by our expert breathwork facilitator, Shannon Missimer, this session combines guided breathing techniques with mindfulness to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance. Join sound healer, Michael McCullough in this immersive 60 minute sound journey. We begin with a short guided meditation session followed by a heart-centered multi-instrument journey into sound and vibration. Michael uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles and other instruments to invite a relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state. These sounds and vibrations will help to shift your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state, and then further into a deeper relaxed theta state. Body, mind and spirit enter into complete relaxation so that the whole self may open to healing, and find restoration. You will leave the session feeling calmer, balanced and more grounded.
