HIIT 45 LEVEL II - Prerequisite: HIIT Class on Wednesdays with Jessica
Take it to the next level of HIIT-45 in a small group personal training session. Jessica Jones’ high-intensity interval training session will be 45 minutes of partner and teamwork intermingled with solo lifting. Capped at six, more one-on-one attention will allow students to perfect their form for exponential growth as they build to a peak lift. This full-body workout will incorporate the use of barbells, weighted balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and TRX, short for Total Body Resistance Exercise, a type of suspension training that uses a bodyweight training tool to help develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. A safe and fun community environment is meant to elevate inner and outer strength with an emphasis on proper form and alignment. Jessica is a certified IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) personal trainer, StrongFirst kettlebell certified, XGT HIIT certified, and she has extensive knowledge of Olympic-style lifting. A $1 donation will be given to the Bend Hot Yoga Scholarship Fund every time you attend the class. Prerequisite: You must have taken one HIIT class and be pre-authorized to attend.

This playful session blends mindful movement with joyful connection, guiding families through simple yoga and partner poses, gentle breathing techniques and fun filled activities that cultivate gratitude and joy. This class is perfect for bonding, building confidence, fostering a love of movement and creating cherished memories. Adults will learn creative ways to inspire a love of movement and nurture a lasting spirit of gratitude at home.
For children ages 4-6 and their accompanying adult. 1 adult per 1 child. If you have more than 1 child that wants to join (yay!) then each child needs an adult with them. Only the adult needs to sign in to class to save a spot. A waiver will need to be signed for the child upon arrival to the studio. Please arrive early.
Event fee: $30 ($25 for BHY Monthly unlimtied and 6-month membership pass holders) ...the price is for the pair. $30 pays for both the adult and child.
Enjoy 60 minutes dedicated to the hips! We will explore all the ranges of motion in the hip with an emphasis on balancing stability and mobility in the joint. This will be a hatha (ish) style class with light background music. All levels welcome.
