Like many, I misunderstood the importance of resistance training thinking it was for “body builders”. I now know how this activity is also good for cardio vascular fitness as well as bone health, mobility, endurance, flexibility and strength. I engaged Aimee as a personal trainer who is very skilled at teaching the hows and whys of each exercise with attention to form and small increments in weight and repetitions. I can see a big difference! I consider this an investment in my old age and ability to stay active and remain in my own home. One of my early goals was to be able to easily get up off the floor! I also appreciate the private nature of this small but well equipped gymn. Highly recommended.

It was a fun class and a good workout.
I recommend that the instructor say hello to new people and ask if they have any questions and tell them what to expect.

Tonight was my first time in the studio and I was impressed with how much the space has to offer. I really enjoyed the class and found it challenging but still easy to follow. I hope to return soon.

When I say that working out made me nervous, it was almost debilitating. It had completely kept me out of a gym for years, even though I tried to dabble. I was sure to explain how nervous I was to Aimee and after my first class I felt so at ease about it. Everyone there was legitimately there to support each other and their saying "It's you against you" made me realize we're all just doing out best so we can be our best selves. 5 Stars and more for this beautiful place and the beautiful people in it.
