I recently returned to True Ride after 2 years/ the change in ownership, and I have to admit I was a little nervous at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that nothing has changed. The same fantastic energy and welcoming atmosphere are still very much alive! The team continues to deliver an amazing experience with their skilled instructors and upbeat classes. I had a great time, and it felt as though I had never left. True Ride remains the go-to spin studio for anyone seeking an engaging and fun workout. Highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

1st time ever! Samantha and her husband were SO encouraging and accomodating. I was absolutely exhausted, could not keep up with the pace, BUT AM SO MOTIVATED TO KEEP COMING BACK! I will get there. The loud music, the dim light, the atmosphere and Samantha's encouragement were all I had hoped for. My daughter and I will definitely make this a habit and dangit....you'll see me keeping up with that class sooner than later. I'm determined. Thank you SO MUCH for being so motivating.

Troy is an amazing instructor! I was so nervous & anxious to do a spin class for the first time & he made me feel so comfortable & helped get me setup & teach me the correct postures before we started! The second time I did a class I felt way more confident going into it & prepared because of his help & guidance! It was so much fun!

First ride the other day and I am OBSESSED! The owner is so sweet and the coaches are so amazing and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable and eased all my nerves.

I’ve been going to TrueRide for 8 years. I went when a friend invited me to try it out and I was hooked from the first class!! The music, riding to the beat, the lights and just the whole atmosphere!! It’s not just a great workout but a wonderful community of people that lift each other up! TrueRide has been a big part of my life these 8 years. I was a member, worked on support staff for 3 years and now I’ve been an instructor for a little over a year. I love that this is what I get to be a part of!!
