First time trying out Ignite. Great cuing and I liked the modifications that were offered, so that it's accessible for everyone. The cool headband at the end is a nice touch as well

Really enjoyed the Yin-Restore class last night, great for stretching and relaxing. The singing bowl, wind chimes and the eye mask at the end of the class made for an amazing experience.

I attended my first class, which was free and did deep stretch hot yoga with Michelle. Such a great experience! I could feel how much I’ve neglected my body by how stiff everything felt so it was definitely needed and very helpful. The class is so relaxing and is complimented by a mini sound bath during savasana which I loved
