Great experience!

I came for the Harmonic Egg, and I booked my session online without talking to anyone beforehand. I simply received my email confirmation and arrived on the day.

A week earlier, I purchased a handmade singing bowl from Nepal ($60) at the Ohm Store. When I visited You Tube to learn how to play a singing bowl, I found an interview with a lady who sat with her back to a luminous egg-shaped chamber. I was intrigued at once, and a quick Google search led me to Sharon’s healing center in St. Paul.

MY EXPERIENCE:
Though opened in 2020 (just as COVID broke out)—this business survived the initial shut down, masks, and our fear of venturing out of our homes, and I immediately saw why. As soon as I entered, I felt that this was a place I wanted to stay in for a long time... I am very new to natural healing for myself, and I wondered beforehand if I would feel nervous, but I felt only relaxed and happy to be there.

Sharon invited me in on my arrival 20 minutes early, and I was given the opportunity to fill a health form “just as much as you feel like sharing”. Within a couple of minutes (spent walking among a stunning array of crystals), Sharon was with me again, and we talked about what I wished to heal with my 50 min session in the Harmonic Egg.

The Egg, Sharon explained, was designed to heal my nervous system through sound vibrations and light waves. I chose specific musical and light arrangements with Sharon’s guidance, and within ten minutes I was inside the Egg.

Before I even sat down in the zero-gravity chair, I felt the vibrations of the not-yet-turned-on Egg through a change in my emotions. I chose my blanket, the door was closed, and I was alone in a cocoon of light and soothing sounds.

At first I closed my eyes and sunk into a meditative state (or rose to it, really), but soon I opened my eyes and connected with the (physical) circle embedded in the ceiling above my head. Then I felt energies flowing through my body, and somehow my eyes closed again.

I am sure that the experience is unique to each of us and personal, so what happened in my Egg session stays between me and the Egg. Generally,I simply say that reverberations of energy travelled through me, spreading multi-faceted healing sensations that stayed with me long after I left and drove home.

I will be visiting again, first with my soul mate, who will have his session simultaneous to mine in the second Egg. I also intend to bring one of my rescue dogs to help her deal with anxiety.

It was my first experience with a bioresonance session so I didn't know what to expect. The session was excellent, very relaxing and with a feeling of peace and total connection. I will definitely return.

This was just the most beautiful experience!  The music was perfect and as per usual, Sharon is intuitive and wonderful in every way.  I highly recommend this mode of healing to down-shift the nervous system!  It is my favorite kind of self-care!

Very relaxing!

Well I will do my best to keep this short and to the point.  The harmonic egg is one of the most amazing frequency energy technologies i have had the pleasure to experience. You have to experience it to innerstand what it will be/do for you and each person's experience is unique to them and their journey.  But what I can tell you is what sets this place apart from any other is the amazing healer that runs this center. Mrs.Sharon is one of the best  I have encountered to truly intuit what is desiring to be seen and known in the moment. She truly is a gift  to all and I see why the harmonic egg chose her to facilitate this journey.
