Let’s come together in a supportive and fun space to help girls increase confidence and build meaningful connections!
Facilitated by Esta Maria Coaching – a Self-Mastery & Teen Life Coach A safe, welcoming space to navigate the ups and downs of adolescence Practical tools for handling friendship challenges, communication barriers, and self-doubt No pressure, just chatting, laughing, and growing together!
This empowering session is designed to help girls feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools for everyday challenges.

The Confidence Club: Empowering Girls

Let’s get together in a workshop to increase confidence and
connection for girls! This workshop is suggested girls aged of
12-14 years.
The session is going to be facilitated by Esta Maria Coaching - A Self Mastery Coach and Teen Life Coach.
The aim is to provide a space for girls to feel connected and supported as they navigate the tricky years of adolescence.
We will be focusing on some of the most common challenges girls face at this age.
It will be an opportunity for the girls to make sense of some of the things that are going on for them, whilst receiving tools and strategies for navigating things like friendship issues, communication barriers and self doubt.
The session is designed in a way that your daughter will feel included but not pressured. Expect chatting, laughing and and a fun and un-intimidating environment - The exact terrain for growth.
