The truth is, you’ve been conditioned to shrink. Now, it’s time to step into your true power. We will dive into embracing your true nature, shedding the masks and societal expectations, and learning to express yourself fully and authentically. No more pretending. You are enough, just as you are.
Connect deeply with the creative, nurturing, and powerful aspects of your feminine energy. We’ll explore how to tap into the flow of your inner wisdom and strength, reclaiming the sacred feminine energy that has always been your birthright. This is about owning your capacity to create, nurture, and empower.
This workshop will teach you to claim agency in your life. You’ll learn to set boundaries, speak your truth, and reclaim your personal power. No longer will you give away your energy or allow others to dictate your worth. This is about standing tall in your truth and becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
The shadow isn't something to fear. In fact, it’s an integral part of your wholeness. Together, we’ll examine and integrate those seemingly negative aspects of the self, turning them into sources of strength, wisdom, and empowerment. By embracing your shadow, you’ll unlock a deeper sense of balance and completeness.

To realize the greatest benefit- for you and the group, it's best to read and complete weekly assignments, and attend all gatherings. Sharing of yourself and your energy will inspire and elevate the group experience and your own personal growth. We understand sometimes there are unavoidable occasions in which you must miss one or two sessions. That's OK.

Full Moon Soul Sister Circle
Full moons are a time for forgiveness (ourselves & others),
letting go of limiting beliefs and fears, and releasing all that no
longer serves us.

We come together with like-minded women in a safe and welcoming
container of non-judgement, unconditional love and acceptance.
Enter the circle to release all that no longer serves you in sacred
ceremony. We witness each other with open hearts and
compassion.

For thousands of years, in tribes and villages around the world
women have come together in circles to share, to teach, to listen
and to learn. The pulse of these women still beats within us. Their
wisdom flows through time, whispering to us the song of female
connection and beauty. The wisdom of our grandmothers is a seed we
inherit at birth, patiently waiting to be unearthed and opened.
Here is our invitation to claim our heritage: a chance to come home
to ourselves and the greater circle.

Inevitably, as part of the human experience, all of us endure some form of trauma in our lives. For some of us, especially those with childhood trauma, the effects can be lasting and continue to manifest in our lives while taking up residence in our bodies. Fortunately, research shows that intentional, somatic movement, like yoga, is a modality that helps bring release and healing to those traumas.
In this 1 hour monthly offering, we'll move through breathwork and gentle, intentional yoga poses that can help release unhealed trauma stored deep in the brain and body. We will utilize somatic movement, specifically yoga, to help foster recovery and build new neural pathways to orient our bodies and brains to the present moment, creating a sense of safety in the body. With these techniques and practices, you will leave each session with some tools to help build on your own trauma recovery.

Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind & body into a deep state of relaxation through sound & vibration. We will start off on our mats with mindful breathing & body awareness practice to center the body & mind before sinking into a guided savasana that readies you for the activation of several different soothing instruments.
By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration & sound we allow the body to drop down into the Alpha and Theta, and often times, Delta brainwave frequencies, moving out of “fight or flight” & into “rest & digest”. These frequencies return us to our parasympathetic nervous system, the state where all healing occurs. This is why the experience will not only leave you feeling centered & grounded but also rejuvenated & replenished.
