In this Reiki Level 1 training, you will gain a foundational understanding of Reiki, including its history, key lineages, and principles. You will explore the subtle body, the chakra system, and the basics of energy healing. Through hands-on practice, you will learn essential Reiki hand positions and the steps to channel Reiki energy for self-healing, as well as for supporting others—including people, plants, and animals.

After a Reiki Level 1 training, you will be attuned (the opening of the energy channels to allow the practitioner to connect with universal life force energy) and initiated as a Level 1 Reiki practitioner. This initiation marks the beginning of your journey as a Level 1 Reiki practitioner. At this stage, the focus is on developing a consistent self-practice to strengthen your understanding and experience of Reiki.

While Level 1 allows you to share Reiki with family and friends, a Level 2 training and attunement is required to conduct full Reiki healing sessions professionally.

Upon successful completion of this training, you will be certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage.
