If you love getting hands on assists in yoga, then you will love this workshop with Lydia, where you will utilise a dowel to get into the hard to reach places and improve your awareness and form in the shapes.
The workshop will consist of a variety of ways to set your shoulders up for success, and will feel like a restore and repair class with some standing forms included.
Everyone is welcome.
You will also be able to take the dowel home and continue to receive the gifts of working with it.
