Take a little time out with your new baby in this 6 week yoga series. The class will focus on getting back into your body, while staying present with your wee one. Mom & Baby yoga is an excellent opportunity to bond with your baby and other mothers, while regaining strength and flexibility. We recommend having your doctors approval or waiting at least 6 weeks post-labour to begin a new practice. This class is designed for mothers with babies who are 1 - 10 months old (or not overly mobile).

This 6-week series will introduce the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and engaging class. Students will learn yoga postures as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Over the 6 weeks you will build strength and flexibility as you get more comfortable in your yoga practice.
Please bring your yoga mat, if you have one. We have yoga mats for those that need one. Everyone is welcome.

Featuring the Shamanic sound healing of David Villada on Tibetan bowls and gongs. This soundbath will focus on creating an overall sense of energetic balance.

“Intuition” Soundbath focuses on the energy of Ajna chakra, also known as the third eye. This is our energetic center of intuition and wisdom. Tapping into the flow of this chakra helps us connect to ourselves on a deeper and more insightful level and can allow us to fell more alert, aware and mindful. This is a part of a progressive series of soundbaths intended to systematically guide you through the chakra system and foster overall energetic balance. This series will be offered on a 4-6 week basis. Students can attend any event without obligation to be present for the full series.
