A CLASS SERIES TO ENHANCE DAILY MOVEMENT OR YOGA PRACTICE
How do you move in your daily life, with ease or effort? Are
transitions on your yoga mat sometimes a challenge or painful?
Without knowing it, we can exert more effort than we need to,
creating unnecessary tension in our muscular and nervous
systems.
In this class series, using principles from The Feldenkrais Method
and exploring natural movement patterns of the body, you will learn
how to use less effort to improve functional movement, on and off
of the mat.
