SPECIAL EVENT: Self Care Sundays

In this monthly workshop, students devote time to care for themselves physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally through yoga, meditation, discussion, and self-reflection. Led by Dr. Kim Grocher, our resident psychotherapist, executive coach, and yoga + meditation teacher, this monthly self care workshop is designed to help those wanting to cultivate the resilience and tools needed to rest, revive, and thrive. Attendees will reap the benefits of being in community, setting personal goals, and receiving supportive accountability. Each month will focus on a different theme and/or self care tool. Workshop will include:

  • Gentle movement
  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Conversation
  • Written and creative exercises that will help students practice self-care in their daily lives
