With an eclectic selection of music, movement, and other creative experiences, Shakti Flow is similar to Ecstatic Dance. It holds the principles of respect, consent, presence, and non-judgment.
You’ll receive guidance for unlocking your joy, with plenty of space to move freely while maintaining a sacred space together. We pull from all genres and movement modalities to inspire our embodiment, and we provide flow props, encourage vocal expression, host special guest DJ’s, and more!
