At this day retreat, Paisley Parvati Devi and Matthew DeRubertis will collaborate to offer a long restorative yoga practice with live music, an Ayurvedic meal & discussion, yoga nidra practice, and ambient sound journey.

Food is provided, as well as fresh Delion, a caffeine-free coffee alternative made by Matthew. Join us for the day, or please contact Paisley if you'd like to attend the yoga class portion only!

1:40-3pm Restorative Yoga Practice with Live Music**

3:10-4:20pm Ayurvedic Meal: kitchari, Delion coffee alternative, and a healthy dessert. Paisley and Matthew will share a bit about Ayurveda and mindful eating.

4:30-5:45pm Guided Yoga Nidra + Ambient Sound Journey

5:50pm Closing
