This 2-week beginners workshop series is specially curated for the beginner!

Join Kaley as we break it all down:

Week 1 (Breath & Props & Vinyasa) will consist of breath practices and props – how to use them, what they do, what they are called. In addition, we will break down the vinyasa sequence: high plank, low plank, cobra, and down dog variations to find what works best for your practice.

Week 2 (Warriors + Balancing) will be all about warriors! Breaking down Warrior I, II, and III to determine how to do the pose and the best version of the pose for you and your practice. We will also cover the balancing poses: how to modify, how to nail it, and tips on how to practice.

You do not need any previous yoga experience to attend any of these classes

Your enrollment includes two weeks of unlimited yoga classes to keep you in your practice!
