Plan to meet on Public Square in the City of Independence Historic District for the traditional Sun Salutations. Expect movement and breath, sound and rest.

Then enjoy the community with a picnic breakfast! Breakfast is vegan/gluten free + includes yogi tea. We will be all set for grab + go so if you need to dash, you can!
