Understanding the Nervous System for Managing Stress with Whitney
Gain a deeper understanding of stress science and the effects of
stress on the brain and nervous system.
Whitney Flygare has a masters in educational psychology and has taught stress management/clinical stress science at the University of Utah since 2018. She completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 and has loved combining her knowledge of stress management with yoga.
This event will include a lecture on stress and the nervous system, breath work, and a restorative yoga practice to bring it all together.
Sound healing encourages the body to go into deep rest and rejuvenation for cells/organs/muscle tissues. It brings mind, body, and spirit back to harmony and balance. The fee to attend this monthly sound bath session is $33.
