Kathy Rivera (she/they/ella) is a first-generation queer Latine, trauma-informed Energy Medicine and Yoga practitioner, and dedicated mom. With roots in healthcare and wellness, Kathy’s journey was shaped by the challenges of immigrant life and the pressures of corporate success. After experiencing repeated burnouts, she left the corporate world behind to pursue her passions.
Certified in various Yoga styles, Breathwork Healing, Behavior Change, and Usui Reiki Level II, Kathy offers transformative healing events. Their trauma-informed approach combines ancient wisdom, her heritage with modern practices, creating nourishing and compassionate spaces for like-minded people to heal, grow, and thrive. Through energy medicine, Kathy’s work facilitates somatic release and deep healing, guiding others to reclaim and celebrate their authentic selves—both on and off the mat.
