
What are some of the masks we wear on a daily basis? We may have one for work, one for our children, one for our friends- different aspects of ourselves that we allow the outside world to see. Using a mask is perfect as a metaphor for exploring the different aspects of ourselves and embracing all of who we are. This project will promote one's self-awareness and self-<wbr />acceptance. No previous art experience is necessary and all supplies will be provided.

Start the year off right with this 3 week, 6 class series. This series is designed for anyone who is new to yoga or maybe getting back to their practice and needs a refresher. You will learn the basic poses and breathworks used in most yoga classes you will encounter at our studio. You will leave this series feeling confident to take your practice into regular group classes.
