This magical Yin Song Workshop is a 2 hour integrated journey
of live music, cacao blessing, and sound bath; weaving restorative
postures and meditation into these healing vibrations of
sound.
Suitable for all ages, bodies and requires no previous
experience with yoga.
Outline is as follows:
- 15 minute cacao blessing with 3 separate intentions, with breath into the cacao and sip after each breath.
- 50 minute yin gentle practise. During this time Live Loops are made with the loop station. Each posture is held for approximately 5 minutes which allows Chris to create beautiful soundscapes for each asana.
- Finally, we arrive at 40 min savasana, where you receive a sound bath. The sound is a mixture of created loops and acoustic instruments that Chris walks around and “bathes” people in. Didgeridoo, medicine drum, flutes, chimes, voice is used while Iselin comes around to offer lite touch and aroma of her handmade oils.
