Laughter yoga combines playfulness, yogic breath work, and mindfulness meditation. Participants are encouraged to laugh freely and deliberately. We use chanting, playful scenarios, and gentle movement to stimulate contagious laughter together. Our goal is to reconnect with a child-like joy and silliness and bring a sense of wonder and fun back to daily life.
 
About Peter
I'm a long time tech pioneer, software executive, and leadership coach. I've been practicing yoga for 25+ years and did my yoga teacher training at Black Swan in Austin, Texas after completing a particularly grueling MBA program in 2012. Yoga is my tool for moving emotions through my body and helps me not get stuck in my left brain. I rediscovered laughter yoga as a leadership tool, a way to bring teams together in a playful and creative headspace. Bonus: it works amazing with my toddler!
