Join Jen and Tara for an afternoon of movement, meditation and fun! Harness the power of the spring equinox to bloom into a new season with clear vision. This workshop will start with a gentle grounding, hatha flow followed by a guided meditation to help you center and tune into your higher self. The second half of this workshop will be an interactive hands-on vision boarding session. Supplies will be provided. We will have scissors, glue, boards, and magazines available. We encourage you to bring your own pictures, magazines and special treasures!
