This class is for any student and teachers looking to deepen their stretching using yoga straps.

In class 1- we will focus on Supine and Seated postures with the focus on finding pelvis stability to access deeper forward bends (stretching the deep back line of fascia) and twists (focusing on the double helix).

We will cover these fascia lines and how to use the straps to access and affect change.
