Experience an engaging two-hour workshop at T&J Yoga Studio, designed for veterans, their families, first responders, and anyone curious about yoga. T&J Yoga instructor and Veterans Yoga Project volunteer, Aspen Higgins, will introduce the 5 Tools for Mindful Resilience: breath, meditation, mindful movement, guided rest, and gratitude.
This free, welcoming session will also guide participants through foundational yoga poses, providing a supportive space to discover the benefits of yoga and cultivate peace and balance in their lives. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
