Join Karli and Jenny for this 90-minute class designed to
strengthen and refine the building blocks of your yoga
practice.
In this Hatha Level 1 series, we’ll focus on foundational
poses and sequences, offering clear breakdowns of peak poses and
balance postures to help you develop alignment, strength, and
confidence.
Perfect as a continuation of our beginner series or for experienced yogis looking to return to the essentials, this class is an opportunity to revisit the fundamentals with fresh eyes. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to refine your practice, this class provides a supportive space to grow and deepen your understanding of the poses and your body.
