The ancient practice of qigong is a rejuvenating journey where movement enhances energy to gain a calm mind and revitalized body. As we age, it's easy to lose touch with the mind/body connection that comes so naturally to children. Qigong practice, considered to be a moving meditation, is a powerful way to rebuild the relationship with our bodies.
