Rooted: A Sound Bath to Celebrate the Divine Feminine
Join us on Friday, May 9 from 7:00–8:30 pm and feel held in the healing embrace of the sacred feminine. Healing Harmony partners with Lagom Studios to offer Rooted, a deeply restorative sound bath that honors the beauty, strength, and wisdom of the divine “mother” in all her forms.
Through the grounding rhythms of the deer skin drum, the resonant tones of singing bowls, and ethereal vocals, you'll be guided on a journey back to yourself — back to the earth, your breath, and your inner knowing.
This offering is a space to release, receive, and reconnect. As we gather in community ahead of Mother’s Day, we root into intention, connection, and the healing frequencies of love, light, and renewal.
What to Expect:

Please plan to arrive promptly by 6:50 PM so you can settle in comfortably and we can start on time at 7:00 PM.

Parking is available in the neighborhood — please be respectful and avoid blocking driveways.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters, an eye pillow, or any items that will help you feel safe and comfortable lying on the floor during the session (don’t be shy — be comfortable!).

We will focus on releasing old energy that no longer serves us as we connect to the divine beauty, strength, and wisdom of the sacred mother.

You will hear improvisational sounds using singing bowls, bells, percussive instruments, drums, and vocals.

The sound bath will last approximately 75 minutes, followed by a few moments of silence for integration.
