The Jr. Leadership Camp has become a staple of The Harvest Concept’s summer program—a transformational experience for dedicated students ready to push their limits.

This exclusive camp is for students who want to take their training to the next level, not just in martial arts but in their daily lives as well. Whether they aim to become an assistant instructor or simply unlock their full potential, this camp will empower them to lead with confidence, discipline, and purpose.

Direct Training with Master Instructor Justin Martin

Leadership Development – One-on-one and group discussions on leadership philosophy and execution directly with Master Justin Martin.
Han Mu Do History & Philosophy – Deepen your understanding of the roots and principles of Han Mu Do and how they apply to leadership.
Teaching Methods & Communication – Learn how to teach, inspire, and guide others, both in and out of class.
The Role of a Leader in the Community – Understand how true leadership extends beyond the mat and into everyday life.
