Harvest Winter Seminar

Join us at The Harvest Concept on Saturday, January 18th, for a full day of learning and growth in Han Mu Do. We will be hosting Dojunim Jamie Serio, 9th Degree Grandmaster in Han Mu Do. Students will get instruction from Dojunim Serio, Master Martin and more. This seminar will have lessons on archery, locking and trapping techniques, grappling, and weapons.

Seminar Overview:

• Techniques: Dive into the core of Han Mu Do with detailed sessions on terminology, application, and Ki application and preparation.
• Ki Breathing and Meditation: Enhance your mental and spiritual well-being through focused breathing exercises and meditation techniques.
• Hyung or Forms: Understand the significance of traditional practices and their relevance in modern training.
• Philosophy of Han Mu Do and Teaching: Explore the philosophical parts of Han Mu Do and how they lead us to effective teaching and practice.

This enriching experience is open to students aged 12 and up, across all ranks. Whether you are new to martial arts or a seasoned practitioner, this seminar offers valuable insights and skills advancement.
