Join us as we welcome back Ellyn Dent and Amanda Willis for a deeply restorative Sound Healing experience as we honor the potent energy of the April New Moon.
Immerse yourself in the soothing rhythm of the grandmother drum, the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred sound healing instruments. Allow yourself to fall into spaciousness as your brain shifts to an alpha/theta state, releasing tension, allowing deep relaxation and inviting inner peace and healing to take place.
This is your opportunity to:
Set intentions for the new lunar cycle. Release stagnant energy and create space for renewal. Experience deep relaxation and stress reduction. Connect with your inner self in a tranquil and supportive environment.
Sound baths are a unique and powerful form of sound therapy that use sound vibrations to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
During a sound bath, you will be invited to lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. Other benefits of sound baths include improved sleep quality, enhanced creativity and intuition, a boost to the immune system and a deeper connection to Self.
Let the healing vibrations guide you towards a brighter, more balanced you. We look forward to sharing this transformative experience with you!
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Let’s gather on the First Sunday of the month to discuss a book from the vast world of yoga and meditation! A book will be selected every other month, which means we will devote two consecutive meetings to one book. This reflects our intention for both an easeful reading pace and comfortable space to share. If you can’t make the two consecutive months, no worries, just join as it works!
Our time together will include 30 minutes of guided gentle practice and an hour of discussion. Tea will be offered, so please bring a mug from home.
Reading about yoga and meditation is a great way to add depth to your practice (both on and off the mat) and connect within our TYC community! Hope to see you there!
The book below is for our May 4th Book Group to discuss!
