Over the 5 week course you'll learn practical steps to improve your health & wellbeing. We'll look at the impact of food choices on health, how to put together a nutritious meal, the importance of protein, healthy fats and fibre, the pitfalls of ultra processed foods, the importance of rest, sleep, hydration and movement and different tools to manage stress for optimal health.
Join us for this fun and interactive course. You'll gain all the knowledge that you need to make healthy lifestyle choices and build positive habits. The course will be a combination of education alongside practical tips on how to make dietary changes, with lots of time for discussion and questions. We'll explore the interconnectedness between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, to empower you on your journey towards a healthier, happier you. The course will be facilitated by Nutritional Therapists Terri and Nicola, who between them have many years experience in lifestyle medicine and are passionate about using nutrition and lifestyle to improve health outcomes.
