Thriving through the menopause & beyond
Are you noticing changes to your menstrual cycle, is your sleep disrupted, do you feel irritable, have joint pain, anxiety, or feel overwhelmed?
Do you have hot flushes and night sweats, or just not feel 'like yourself'?
Do you want to understand the changes that are happening in your body during this transition?
Would you like to learn how to improve your health in a supportive environment, with other women at the same life stage.
Don't have the budget for 1-1 support?
Then join the 'Thriving Through the Menopause' group programme. Over 4 weeks we'll look at the science behind how to reduce hot flushes & night sweats, hair loss and joint pain. You'll get all the tools you need to balance your blood sugar, protect your bone and cardiovascular health and improve your energy and vitality. There will be time in every session for questions and sharing experiences in a supportive community of women.
There's lots of media content about menopause at the moment which is great but it's hard to know what to trust and it's difficult to know what's right for you, especially when there are so many products promising a quick fix.
This expert led course will equip you with all the skills, knowledge and support you need through every phase of menopause and beyond. You'll learn evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle habits that are incredibly effective at improving mood, boosting energy, maintaining a healthy weight, reducing brain fog and anxiety and improving sleep. These foundations of health are vital for your future wellbeing regardless of the choices you make around HRT.
By the end of the course you'll have a clear action plan of how to improve your health and all the tools you need to make changes, leaving you feeling empowered to improve your future wellbeing. This is the time to take control of your life and invest in your health because menopause is not an ending, it's a new beginning.
Vitamin D
One of the topics that we cover in the course, is the steps to take to optimise bone health. Given the important role of Vitamin D for our bones, there will be the option to purchase a home finger-prick Vitamin D test for £31. The interpretation of the test result is included in the course cost, along with a supplement recommendation if your Vitamin D levels are low.
