ONLINE Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation with Dr Neelam Taneja Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00pm 9 Jan - 13 Feb (6 classes)
This six-session program will help you develop ten foundational skills to enhance your self-awareness, inner calm, and well-being. You will also learn techniques to better cope with life's challenges. You don't need experience with mindfulness meditation, but those who have practised before and wish to refresh their foundational skills are welcome.
Held on Thursdays from 7.00pm to 8.00pm for 6 weeks, the programme will introduce a range of Mindfulness approaches that can form the basis of a lifelong practice – a practice which research has shown can reduce stress, improve focus and enhance wellbeing.
