Carve out a winter day for yourself to Recharge, Renew and Restore. Winter is ideal for going INWARDS. Join Laurel Goeke, Lauren Chelec Cafritz, and Rachel Young for a workshop filled with yoga, breathwork, music, relaxation, and camaraderie.
