Turning Inward
Carve out a winter day for yourself to Recharge, Renew and
Restore. Winter is ideal for going INWARDS. Join Laurel Goeke,
Lauren Chelec Cafritz, and Rachel Young for a workshop filled with
yoga, breathwork, music, relaxation, and camaraderie.
Join us Saturday, January 25 from 8:30am to 4pm - in-person or
online. In-person fee is $168 and includes a catered lunch. Online
workshop is $145. $20 Early Bird discount if you register by

All levels welcome.
We’ll meet at Sweetbay Yoga at 4853 Cordell Ave on the 16th
floor in Bethesda, Maryland.
