We will leverage breath work, reflection, and a unique, modified flow to empower mothers to choose movement that feels good in their evolving bodies. Tools learned in this program will also lead into the transition of labor and postpartum healing.
The Beginner’s Mindset series is a small group, six-week program that will provide you with an introduction to TRX Yoga. Through weekly in-person workshops, practice videos, and ongoing support via a private Facebook group, this series will break down each pose in a standard TRX Yoga session, and explore variations that can be used in order to make the practice accessible for you. Upon completion of the program, you will be set up for success in completing a 60-minute TRX Yoga session, and empowered to own your unique practice. Whether you are brand new to TRX Yoga, or currently practice and would like to revisit the foundations of your practice, this program is for you!
