Discover your strength, find your float, and embrace the playful side of your vinyasa practice with Aixa in this 6-week journey into inversions and arm balances. Building on the foundation of the Beginner’s Mindset series, this program will guide you through new poses, creative variations, and transitions that flow seamlessly in and out of postures—all with a focus on safety, technique, and fun!

The Beginner’s Mindset series is a small group, six-week program that will provide you with an introduction to power vinyasa yoga. Through weekly in-person workshops, practice videos, and ongoing support via a private Facebook group, this series will break down each pose in a standard SWEAT Session, and explore variations that can be used in order to make the practice accessible for you. Upon completion of the program, you will be set up for success in completing a 60-minute SWEAT session, and empowered to own your unique practice. Whether you are brand new to power vinyasa yoga, or currently practice and would like to revisit the foundations of your practice, this program is for you!

This six week Roll n’ Flow program will give you access to movement with increased freedom in your muscles, and therefore your joints. Discover the power of fascia as it relates to the overall health of your body to reduce pain and enhance mobility. You will walk away from the program with specific, targeted techniques to support you in feeling your best on and off of your mat!
