
Over the years elite golfers have credited their impressive golf swings and ability to perform under pressure in part to incorporating yoga into their routines. The benefits of yoga for golfers are far-reaching. You can improve your golfing performance, improve your ability to swing a golf club, and increase your longevity as a player (think retirement plans!).
This six-week program will focus on increasing mobility, building stability, and practicing mindfulness. We will even try-on bringing yoga to the course by using a club from your bag to warm-up like the pro you are!

Join Lynn to move through a combination of power vinyasa yoga and restorative stretching. Work on visualizing, breathing, and strategies to handle stressful situations whether it be in school, sports, or in life.
Ages 9-13 welcome.

The Beginner’s Mindset series is a small group, six-week program that will provide you with an introduction to power vinyasa yoga. Through weekly in-person workshops, practice videos, and ongoing support via a private Facebook group, this series will break down each pose in a standard SWEAT Session, and explore variations that can be used in order to make the practice accessible for you. Upon completion of the program, you will be set up for success in completing a 60-minute SWEAT session, and empowered to own your unique practice. Whether you are brand new to power vinyasa yoga, or currently practice and would like to revisit the foundations of your practice, this program is for you!

6 weeks of classes for kids to explore yoga through movement, breath, and play.
Classes build focus, confidence, and self-awareness in a fun and supportive environment, giving kids tools they can use both on and off the mat.
