Precision Reformer Pilates Course

Precision Reformer Pilates uses weighted springs to increase
the resistance whilst training. This helps stimulate new bone
growth and manage bone density, whilst also strengthening your
muscles and improving your balance through focused exercise on the
core and muscle engagement. You control the amount of resistance
and intensity, allowing you progress at your own pace, in a
controlled, guided, low impact environment.
Precision Reformer Pilates is beneficial to those looking to
manage their joint health; improve balance & coordination;
improve range of motion; manage bone density; improve flexibility;
and/or strengthen muscles.
6 x 50 minute Reformer Pilates course with a maximum of 3 participants.
